APPLICATION PROCESS

Welcome to our on-line application system! You will now be able to apply from season to season and year to year without having to create a new profile each time.

Read all the steps below in order to fully understand the application process before you begin.

Step One (Application):

To fill out your application you will need:
  • Names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of 3 references – they cannot be relatives or high school friends. They should have a good knowledge of your character, experience and suitability to work with children. The system will automatically e-mail a form directly to your references.
  • Your Social Insurance Number – if you are not Canadian or you do not have one, please contact our HR Department.
  • Your Health Card number.
Fill out the application fully! Your application hasn’t been completed until you have pressed the submit button on the last page and received a message of success.

Step Two (Pick a Job):

Once you’ve received the message of success, you will be asked to apply for any job/s you are interested in.

Step Three (Screening):

Once all 3 of your references have returned their forms to us, and your application is fully complete, our Human Resources Department will review it. If you are chosen to move forward in the process, you will receive an e-mail, offering you an interview.
