                Our desire is that our program be a learning experience from the very beginning of contact with each applicant to the very end! We have, therefore, set out a full application and group interview process in order to select the candidates. The time-line for admissions into the program is as follows:
STEP ONE DOWNLOAD APPLICATION Applicants must download an application package. After completion of the package, they can be sent to the Muskoka Woods Office via fax or mail. All applications are due February 12th, 2010. Please download the PDF application below: 2010 CEO Application (Available Now) Please return application by fax or mail to the following address by February 12th, 2009. Muskoka Woods STEP TWO STEP THREE All applicants who are accepted will receive written notification by FRIDAY, MARCH 12th, 2010. PROGRAM FEES Only after notice of acceptance will any money be required. Those applicants accepted into the program will be notified by Friday, March 12th, 2010. Each applicant will then be instructed how to register into the program. Each applicant has two weeks to accept their offer. After acceptance, a $1500 deposit is required with the remaining balance due on April 15, 2010. The program fees are as follows: Mandatory Program Fee: $4250.00 plus tax (5% GST and 3% PST), or 13% HST after April 30, 2010. Optional Services:
